HOW OFTEN DOES THE SHUTTLE RUN AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REACH THE DESTINATIONS? ARE PETS ALLOWED?
The shuttle is always available. It is free and included from the seventh hour of parking onwards.
If you are traveling with your four-legged friend, no problem! Pets are welcome on our shuttles.

If you need to attend an event at the Milano Santagiulia Ice Hockey Arena, ROGOREDO PARK is a convenient and strategic parking solution, especially during major events.
At ROGOREDO PARK, open 24 hours a day, you can reach the ROGOREDO FS / M3 station using our transfer service (minimum stay of 10 paid hours).
Once you arrive at Milano Rogoredo, you can continue to the venue by following the official connections provided by the event organizers or simply walk there in about 30 minutes.

Is the shuttle included in the price?
How does the return work? What is the meeting point with the shuttle?
Are animals allowed on the shuttle for the transfer?
Of course! Animals are welcome!
For Rogoredo FS, the minimum parking duration with shuttle included is at least 10 hours.
For Linate Airport and Linate Prime, the minimum parking duration with shuttle included is at least 2 days.
For any rate purchased beyond the 10th hour of parking (up to 9 hours of paid parking the shuttle is not included), the shuttle service is included and free of charge, with one outbound transfer and one return transfer, valid for the entire reserved period. Shuttle transfers are provided exclusively upon request.
It is not possible to purchase additional shuttle transfers, as the transport service provided is inseparably connected to the parking service and cannot be considered equivalent to a public or private passenger transport service (such as taxis or NCC services). This limitation complies with the current regulations, in particular Article 86 of the Italian Highway Code and the Municipal Regulation for Non-Scheduled Public Transport, which reserve paid passenger transport services not linked to a main service exclusively to licensed operators authorized by the municipality.

We have outdoor parking spaces in both parking facilities.
Covered parking spaces are available only upon reservation and subject to availability at ROGOREDO PARK, and must be requested by calling +39 02510445.
If the battery is flat, our staff will help you restart the vehicle using a jump starter or cables, completely free of charge.
From Malpensa Airport, you need to take the Malpensa Shuttle coaches, which run every 20 minutes between Milan Central Station and Malpensa Airport (https://www.malpensashuttle.it/).
Get off at MILANO CENTRALE STATION, then take the Metro Line 3 (Yellow Line) to ROGOREDO FS.

Is the parking area under video surveillance?

Yes, the parking area is under video surveillance.
EMILIA PARK SRL is responsible exclusively for the total theft of the vehicle, limited to its commercial value. The company may also respond, reserving the right to contest possible abuses, in the event of partial or total theft of accessories that constitute essential parts of the vehicle.
Any report must be made before the vehicle leaves the parking facility.
All items that do not have a functional and permanent connection with the vehicle are expressly excluded from reimbursement (for example: clothing, jewelry, glasses, cash or other valuables, mobile phones and accessories, handheld devices and similar equipment, video cameras, cameras and accessories, satellite navigators, audio-video players and accessories, fountain pens, ballpoint pens and similar items, remote controls not related to the use of the vehicle, compact discs, computers, keychains, and any other valuable items).
The customer must therefore remove these items from the vehicle in advance or keep them under their own care and responsibility, with complete exemption from liability for the company.
For all matters not expressly provided for, reference is made to the Italian Civil Code provisions regarding deposit (articles 1766 to 1782) and, where applicable, to the relevant special regulations in force.
Complaints after leaving the parking facility will not be accepted.

The insurance provides protection within the limits set by the contract and covers the following main risks:
EMILIA PARK SRL cannot be considered responsible for damage to vehicles if their condition has not been verified at the time of deposit, or if any damage has not been reported to authorized staff at the time of vehicle collection, or documented through photos showing the entire surface of the vehicle taken immediately after parking the car. Reports must be made before the vehicle leaves the parking facility. They must be sent to emiliaparksrl@gmail.com before leaving the parking area in order to allow verification upon return in case of any issues.
The company cannot be considered responsible for mechanical or electronic damage or malfunctions to vehicles that are not related to the movement of the cars within the parking facility, but instead are due to poor maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
No complaints will be accepted after leaving the parking facility.

How long in advance should I be at the parking facility?
Subscription and Payment Methods
It is strongly recommended to reserve or purchase your parking space in advance to avoid arriving at the parking facility without prior notice.
On our website there are many options to book or purchase parking, which help speed up the process at the reception area.
If you arrive without a reservation, parking spaces may already be fully booked.
It is not possible to subscribe to an annual plan with a single payment for the entire year. The subscription is intended exclusively as a monthly payment, with a fixed expiration date that cannot be changed during the validity period.
The customer may temporarily withdraw the vehicle and return it before the subscription expiration date; in this case, the renewal date remains the one originally established.
The modification of the expiration date is allowed only if the vehicle is returned after a continuous period exceeding 90 days. If this condition is not met, the monthly fees remain due even during periods when the parking space is not used, since the subscription covers the availability of the service and the parking space, not the actual presence of the vehicle.
SHUTTLE TO LINATE AIRPORT
At least 30 minutes before the airport check-in time, as the parking check-in procedure must be completed upon arrival of the vehicle.
We always recommend arriving at the parking facility two and a half hours before the flight departure.

At least 60 minutes before the train departure time.
If I cancel the reservation, will I be charged any costs?

What payment methods are accepted?
If I pay online on a partner website and arrive late to pick up my car, how does it work?
In the case of a reservation with payment at the parking facility, the booking is non-binding and, if you do not show up, it will automatically expire without any charge.
In the case of a reservation with online payment, the amount will be refunded if the payment was made directly to Emilia Park srl. If the reservation was made through one of our partner websites, you must follow the refund procedure by contacting the respective website. Emilia Park srl is always happy to issue a refund if the customer did not show up (for more information click here).
Partial use does not entitle you to any refund, even partial.
Even a partial stay is considered as fully used.
For customers who notify a delay compared to the reservation with a stay already paid and already started, the additional cost for each extra day of delay is €10 per day.

It is mandatory to leave the car keys, although in some cases there may be conditions that allow you to keep the keys with you.
However, during high season periods such as July, August, and December, it is mandatory to leave the keys at the parking facility.
Currently, on our website it is possible to book parking with payment at the parking facility upon arrival.
Payment can be made in cash (up to €999.99), by debit card, or by credit/debit card.
When booking through partner websites and paying online, the rate is discounted by 10%.
When paying at the parking facility, whether the reservation is made through a partner website, this website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or by email, the discount does not apply and the full rate must be paid.
If a reservation is paid online and you arrive late to pick up your car, the additional fee to be paid at the parking facility is €2 per hour or €10 per day.
If you book through partner websites and pay at the parking facility, the rate does not change, and the calculation is based on the period originally booked and paid.
Example – booking for 4 days:
Payment at the parking facility: €63 + VAT
Online payment: €56.70
If you arrive late and paid at the parking facility, the additional difference will not be charged up to the limit of the applied rate.
If you arrive late and paid online, you must pay the difference for the additional hours or days as described above, even if by simulating the reservation with different times on the partner website the same price is shown.
This decision is final and not subject to dispute.

IN OUR PARKING FACILITIES, WE APPLY TWO DIFFERENT RATES:
VAT-EXCLUDED RATE: This rate is indicated on all our signs and on our website. It is the base rate applied to all customers, both private individuals and companies.
VAT-INCLUDED RATE: This discounted rate is applied exclusively to private customers who do not require an invoice and who pay in cash, by debit card, or by credit card.
WHY DO WE OFFER A VAT-INCLUDED RATE TO PRIVATE CUSTOMERS?
We decided to offer this discounted rate to private customers in order to limit the impact of price increases due to the current economic situation. In fact, due to the COVID-19 health emergency and the conflict in Ukraine, the operating costs of our parking facilities have significantly increased.
HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM THE VAT-INCLUDED RATE?
To benefit from the VAT-included rate, simply pay in cash, by debit card, or by credit card at the time of check-in. Please inform the employee that you do not require an invoice and that the fiscal receipt is sufficient.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I REQUEST AN INVOICE?
If you request an invoice, the VAT-excluded rate will be applied.
CAN I STILL PAY THE VAT-EXCLUDED RATE IN CASH, BY DEBIT CARD, OR CREDIT CARD?
Yes, of course. You can always pay the VAT-excluded rate with any payment method. You will receive a fiscal receipt.
