Covered parking spaces available subject to availability. Please check the availability of covered parking by calling 02510445.
For those who have already paid online for an uncovered space, upon arrival at the parking lot, the upgrade to a covered space costs €2 per day.
For those who notify a delay compared to the reservation with parking already paid and already started, the cost for each additional day of delay is €10/day.
Round-trip shuttle included starting from the tenth hour for ROGOREDO FS, while, starting from two days of parking (MINIMUM SPENDING €10 for rogoredo fs and €32 for linate airport), read the conditions at the bottom of the page here).
Transfer staff are not authorized to load and/or unload luggage. Our employees are not responsible for luggage.
Child seats are not available. You may bring a car seat on board to use with an infant or child. The seat must have the CE label and show the relevant approval statement.
The rate assessment in relation to the type of vehicle, as evaluated by our staff upon your arrival, is final.
Certain vehicles such as Fiat Fiorino, Mercedes Vito, Ford Tourneo, Ford Transit Connect, Citroen Berlingo and similar are considered vans even if they occupy a car space. Multivans have a higher rate.
Payment for one or more parking spaces is valid for the entire period indicated on the invoice, regardless of whether the vehicle actually occupied the space or not. The "empty for full" principle applies, whereby the customer pays for the availability of the service and not for its actual use. Any connection to the electricity network is charged at €5/day.
It is not possible to subscribe to an annual subscription as a single payment for the entire year. The subscription is exclusively with monthly payments, with a fixed, unchangeable expiry date that cannot be modified during the validity period.
The customer may temporarily withdraw the vehicle and return it before the subscription expiry date; in this case, the renewal date remains as originally established.
The expiry date may only be changed if the vehicle is returned after a continuous period of more than 90 days. In the absence of this condition, monthly fees remain due even during periods when the parking lot is not used, as the subscription pays for the availability of the service and the space, not the actual parking of the vehicle.

Given the current period of price increases, emilia park srl supports private individuals who do not require an invoice, and the price is considered VAT included. Payment can be made in cash, by debit card, or credit card.

ATTENTION!
Please note that the shuttle service to Rogoredo fs is not included for short stays. If you wish to use the shuttle service, you must pay for a minimum stay of ten hours for ROGOREDO FS and two days for LINATE AIRPORT. From these thresholds onwards, the shuttle is included for one round trip for the purchased period. The shuttles operate the transfer service on request.
